Marano, Hara. "How to Get Great Sleep." Psychology Today Magazine Nov./Dec. 2003

http://www.psychologytoday.com/articles/pto-20031028-000007.html

This article contained information on how to get better sleep. It describes how when we get to sleep and when we get up affect how we sleep and what we will be like the next day. Not getting enough sleep or not getting to sleep at he right time can cause depression. Work, all other activities at night like tv, internet, all night casinos or stores, and having less social interaction all cause stress which takes away sleep. "When we interrupt the natural rhythm of day and night for any reason—even reveling—we risk setting off a cascade of problems." What we do at night affects everything we do during the day-how we learn, our stanima, memory, skills, health, safety, and mood. It is normal to not sleep well every once in a while.
